According to Art. 12 and 13 GDPR, the following legal bases apply to our online presence: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Art. 7 GDPR apply for the obtaining of consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR applies for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR applies for the compliance with legal obligations and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR applies for the protection of our legitimate interests.
In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.
The measures include, in particular, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as the access, input, disclosure, safeguarding of availability and separation of the data. Furthermore, we have established procedures to ensure the exercise of data subject rights, the deletion of data and the response to data threats. Furthermore, we take the protection of personal data into account as early as the development or selection of hardware, software and procedures, in accordance with the principle of data protection through technology design and data protection-friendly default settings (Art. 25 GDPR).
If, when processing your data, we disclose it to processors, this is done in application of the aforementioned legal bases. If necessary, an order processing contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is concluded.
If we process your data outside the European Union in application of the aforementioned legal bases, this will only be done under special conditions set out in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. on the basis of special guarantees such as the "Privacy Shield" for transfers to the United States of America).
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive information about the nature, scope and purpose of your personal data. According to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the completion or correction of your personal data. In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to have your personal data deleted immediately or, alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR to demand a restriction of the processing of the data. In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to request that your personal data be received and that it be transferred to other responsible parties.
You have the right to object to your consent to data processing in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR.
The data processed by us will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR or restricted in their processing. If your data is not deleted on the basis of the above-mentioned legal bases, its processing will be restricted and it will not processed for other purposes.
Cookies are used to store information associated with a website or domain locally on the computer for some time and to transmit it back to the server on request. On the basis of the above-mentioned legal basis, in particular our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies for this purpose. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server, possibly in the USA, and stored there.
When your IP address is transmitted, it is anonymized by making it unrecognizable (shortening the IP address by means of "IP masking"). As a result, Google cannot establish any personal reference.
Note: Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee that the European level of data protection is complied with.
